In the POETA project we created two intellectual outputs: a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) and an eBook. Both intellectual outputs are Open Educational Resources (OER).
The eBook includes the participatory development of the concept “Poetry-based approaches in basic education for adults” and its documentation. Such an approach does not exist. POETA responds to the need for creative and holistic opportunities in adult basic education that go beyond economic and growth-oriented objectives.
The eBook is a deep dive into the vastness of the subject of poetry pedagogy, showing the integral and multidimensional perspectives and backgrounds of the project partners, which in this project are combined with their diversity as a strength and theory-generating approach.
The eBook is aimed at a wide audience: researchers in adult education, planners, decision-makers in ministries and adult education institutions, as well as educators and trainers of educators.
We are happy to offer the eBook in several languages – including English, German, Greek and Spanish.
